360incentives Among Canada’s Best Small to Medium Employers

  • March 17, 2015

(March 17, 2015) – Whitby, Ontario: Small and medium organizations are where it’s at for Canadian workers seeking progressive workplace benefits and forward-thinking HR policies. That’s the message from this year’s Canada’s Best Small & Medium Employers announcement.

360’s founder/CEO Jason Atkins commented, “Providing an unbelievable place to work for our team is something I knew I wanted to do before we wrote a single line of code so I’m really pleased that we made it on to this list. We still have lots of things we are working on and tons of ideas we want to try so I hope 360 stays on this list for years to come.”

Now entering its third year, Canada’s Top Small & Medium Employers recognizes SMEs with exceptional workplaces and forward-thinking human resource policies. Employers are evaluated on the same eight criteria as the larger Canada’s Top 100 Employers project: (1) Physical Workplace; (2) Work Atmosphere & Social; (3) Health, Financial & Family Benefits; (4) Vacation & Time Off; (5) Employee Communications; (6) Performance Management; (7) Training & Skills Development; and (8) Community Involvement.

“The competition provides us with an opportunity to write about some very dynamic and interesting employers – these small and medium employers (SMEs) are often the workplace innovators when it comes to trying-out new HR and recruitment strategies.” says Richard Yerema, Managing Editor of the Canada’s Top 100 Employers project at Mediacorp Canada Inc.
