Channel partner optimization company first to pace scale with winning culture.

(April 26, 2016) – Whitby, Ontario – With last Thursday’s fourth place win for best medium-sized workplace in Canada, 360insights became the only company in the history of the award to simultaneously hold ranking in the top four positions consistently for four straight years while growing the size of its team by over 382%.

At the time of 360’s first entry into the prestigious Great Place To Work™ award back in late 2012, the company operated with a team of just 51 members. Since then 360 has grown its Whitby, ON HQ to employ over 191 full-time workers.

“One of my founding principles when I started this company was to provide an unbelievable place to work for our team,” said Jason Atkins, founder and CEO of 360insights. “This award shows that as long as we maintain focus on our founding principles, we can keep growing at this amazing rate while still building a truly great place to work.”

360insights, previously known as 360incentives, has grown its business model from a cloud-based incentives platform to include its new channel insights platform and analytics engine. The move also included a company rebrand and name change.
