Heather Margolis is an entrepreneur, part-time foodie, and founder of Channel Maven Consulting. She has led channel programs for companies like EMC, EqualLogic, and Dell. Heather helps channel organizations build smarter channel programs, manage channel relationships to find added value, and engage their communities through social and traditional media.  Heather frequently speaks on entrepreneurship, branding yourself online, communication to the channel, B2B demand generation and all things channel.

Heather recently met up with Steven at CompTIA’s ChannelCon in Las Vegas for a few days of sharing, learning and exploring emerging practices with around 1400 other channel folks.  In this episode, she joins Steven to discuss each of their top three observations from the show and have a look at what’s changing, where it’s all going and how long before we get there.
