The question we are answering is the “Where is my money?” question. If a sales person didn’t get paid for a particular claim – they’ll often ask their boss or administrator first as to why they weren’t paid. In the past, without access to this information these members of a sales associates support staff were unable to answer this question and this usually resulted in a call to 360 to answer the question.
We have added a new feature to SA 2.0 whereby Managers and Administrator users at dealer locations can see claims for users they are authorized to see.
By putting this information in the hands of authorized users, we are hoping that we can provide relevant information to sales people when they need it.
