Carmen Sorice, Senior Advisor, Achieve Unite

Carmen is a successful business leader who enjoys building winning cultures and accelerating growth.  Over the past two decades, Carmen has built and scaled sales organizations across the IT, Telecom, and Federal sectors. During this journey, there have been many lessons learned and highlights achieved, including growing an IT Services company’s channel revenue from $20M to $300M. Carmen is currently a Senior Advisor with Achieve Unite where he is delivering advisory services and leadership development programs to sales and channel organizations. Carmen has built and led partner businesses for several industry-leading service provider and tech companies including Commvault, Sungard Availability Services, Tangoe, and Alcatel-Lucent.  In a recent leadership position at AWS, Carmen quickly and effectively built and led a newly formed Public Sector ISV Sales Team. Sorice has also held product management and engineering positions at AT&T and Bell Laboratories where he developed undersea communications systems for the U.S. Department of Defense.  As an active advisory board member, Carmen provides go-to-market consultative services to tech start-ups, PE firms, and industry associations.  

Carmen is a two-time winner of the prestigious Channel Futures Circle of Excellence Award for vision, innovation and advocacy in the channel. Sorice is an eight-time recipient of the CRN Channel Chief award. Carmen has served on multiple industry advisory boards including Penton Channel Partners, Baptie Channel Focus, and the CompTIA Vendor Advisory Council. Carmen is a frequent speaker and panelist at leading IT, technology, and channel conferences.
